We specialise in working with pupils on track to become professional ice-hockey players.
Our pupils are ambassadors of the Czech Republic. They represent their club, their city, and their country when abroad. A major part of our philosophy is to emphasise their unique role as leaders. They are encouraged to aspire to the highest ideals of leadership excellence, on and off the ice.
In addition, young hockey players with aspirations to play in the junior and professional North American or European leagues need English to communicate on and off the ice with coaches, team-mates, medical staff, agents, billet families, and the media.

As an official host for Duolingo, I run a weekly, online Literature Club . It is the home for discussion of books, topics, and trends connected with world literature in English. We have many guests from various countries, including China, Taiwan, Russia, Egypt, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Italy, Finland, the Czech Republic, and India.
We publish English-language abridged titles which are premium quality, original, and innovative. We publish in traditional, electronic, and audiobook formats.
Our target audience is the intermediate English-language student (CEFR B1-B2). The books are beautifully-illustrated by Czech artists, and are extensively tested by Czech students prior to publication.
In September 2021 we published Animal Farm by George Orwell. It was supported by a successful crowd-funding campaign on Hithit.cz. We designed and produced a short animation, an A2 print poster, and bookmarks for the campaign.
86 supporters / 111 percent oversubscribed Following the distribution of books, we launched the accompanying audiobook in December 2021.
In 2022, we will publish A Hero of Our Time by Mikhail Lermontov. We plan a crowd-funding campaign in Summer 2022, with distribution of books and the audiobook in Autumn 2022.
